Clinical observations were made on 34 cases of hypocalcemia in infancy treated at Depart'
ment of Pediatrics of Inje Medical College Seoul Paik Hospital during the period of January
1975-December 1982.
The results obtained are as follows:
1) Male to female ratio of the patients was 3.1 ： 1.
2) About 67.7% of hypocalcemic patients were under 28 days old.
